Owner Amy Burch is not one to shrink into the background, and since she and her husband Jeff purchased Howard Park Wines in the late 80s, the ripples of her influence can be felt across many facets of the brand.

Instrumental in the establishment and design of the Cellar Door located in Margaret River, and later the addition of the Wine Chapel, a bespoke private tasting space that overlooks the Leston Vineyard, Amy was inspired by her Singaporean roots to create a space that was both visually striking, but not at odds with the serene landscapes of the region. With the most obvious and quietly understated display of this heritage being in the building itself, thanks to its meticulous Feng Shui design.

“In that journey of what we’re creating, we’re learning to be better people…I see the building of something like this as quite a beautiful thing for the next generation”
