Ordering Guide
Delivery times
Although the 8th of May still seems like a while away we would encourage you to place your orders now to ensure timely delivery. We’ll place a sticker on the box that says “Do not open until Mother’s Day” in case the gift arrives early! We recommend interstate orders are placed before Tuesday 27th of April and WA orders before Friday 30th of April. When we ship your order you’ll receive the tracking number in an email from us, and you will receive a notification from Australia Post when the delivery day is approaching.
How to order as a gift
Simply select your preferred pack or packs and complete the online checkout process as usual – when you complete the “billing information” section choose “ship to a different address” and then enter the recipient’s name and address in the provided fields.
To leave a personal message
Section 4 of the checkout, “shipping method” has space for you to include your personal message as well as any specific delivery instructions that may be useful. We’ll transfer your message to a card and include with your gift.
