  Wine Overview Selected pinot noir grapes from two vineyards in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin were hand-picked, wild yeast fermented with long macerations and aged in French oak, 30% new. This is a perfumed and elegant wine showing pure fruit expression. It is complex and finely structured with soft tannins, a generous mouthfeel and great palate length.
