The 1987 was made from 100% Great Southern Cabernet Sauvignon. A lovely blood red colour with some tanning showing around the rim, the wine offers classic cassis characters with herbal tones. Development is more advanced than the 1986, the palate is clean and fruity without the powerful complexity of the 1986.
